✅ 2+ years of customer service & sales experience

✅ 1+ year in the cleaning industry (preferred — but let’s talk either way!)

✅ A phone voice that puts people at ease and makes them smile

✅ Superhuman scheduling, multitasking, and time-management skills

✅ Tech-savvy with strong communication, email, and computer chops

✅ Cool under pressure, fast on your feet, and always solution-focused

✅ Obsessed with the little things and ready to solve problems like a champ
